About Belberry

:

The origins of Belberry began back in 1956. In 1956, father André Vandererfven started a deli in the Historic Centre of Kortrijk. A few years later, the pharmacist's wife asked André to make a jam according to an old recipe. She herself had become too old for it. The love for making confiture was born. In 1990, the delicatessen was taken over by Thierry, who quickly devoted himself to making jams according to traditional recipes. Thus Belberry was born. The jams are prepared on a small scale in open vats. A jam as you make it yourself with lots of fruit and few sugars and of course without any fragrance, color or flavoring.

Besides the beautiful jams and marmalades, Belberry also offers beautiful chutneys especially for cheeses, syrups, sauces and vinaigrettes all of course based on fruit. And don't forget the balsamic glazes.

The Royal House of Belgium is regularly supplied by Belberry.

It

can rightly be called a royal product.
